By offloading these time-consuming tasks, you'll have more time to focus on core business functions, ensuring greater productivity and efficiency. When you can work on your business vs in your business, you can make the needle move much faster. Hiring out tasks I can do myself has always been challenging; I'm a control freak. But I've learned that when you hire the right people (that's a topic for another day), you can make some serious moves in your company.


2. Investing in a Video Editor:

Let's face it...TikTok and Reels aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Many would say the video is King...

Engaging visual content is crucial in today's digital landscape. Allocating part of your budget to hiring a video editor can help create polished and professional videos for your marketing campaigns. Videos have proven to be highly effective in capturing attention and conveying your brand's message in a captivating way, leading to increased audience engagement and conversion rates. Also, here's another fun fact: The brain doesn't process video any differently than in-person interaction (hence why social media video marketing is so successful). Video can help you build trust, connection, and so much more.

We used Email as our marketing hub for some time, and let me tell you, it was effective. As we've grown, we have expanded our marketing hub, but Email remains a focal point.

I'm sure you have heard the saying, "Don't build on rented land." A website is land you own and can be a viable asset for your small business if utilized correctly.

While the previous suggestions focused on organic marketing methods(because I'm a huge fan of them, and they work), it's also important to consider paid advertising options. With careful planning and targeting, paid advertising can generate high-quality leads and drive significant ROI.


6. Exploring Content Marketing Strategies:

Posting is not Marketing...... Posting with strategy, deliverables, a deep understanding of the market, and leveraging your post for growth then becomes marketing.
